Katrina
Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner
Katrina Reynolds is a compassionate and dedicated Behaviour Support Practitioner with a strong foundation in social science and counselling. Holding a Bachelor of Social Science (Counselling), Katrina has built her career on a deep commitment to understanding human behaviour and has lived experience of raising a daughter with Down Syndrome.
With over ten years of experience in the disability and education sectors, Katrina has supported young people across a range of settings. Known for her kindness, professionalism, and unwavering advocacy, Katrina is passionate about empowering individuals and families to thrive through collaborative behaviour support strategies that honor autonomy, capacity, and dignity.

Tracy
Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner
Tracy is a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner with a strong academic foundation in Cognitive Neuroscience and Psychology. She holds an Honours degree in Psychology and diplomas in Positive Psychology, Wellbeing, and Integral Yoga, Mindfulness, and Meditation. Tracy integrates evidence-based strategies with holistic approaches to support meaningful behavioural change.
As a PhD candidate at Flinders University, she brings cutting-edge research into her practice, particularly in behaviour and mental health. Her personal experience navigating the NDIS as a mother of three enhances her empathetic, family-centred approach.

Jane
Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner
With over 20 years of experience as a high school English teacher in both Australia and the UK, Jane has seen firsthand the challenges faced by educators, families, and support staff when working with individuals with complex needs. Her passion for making a meaningful difference led her to complete a Master of Disability Policy and Practice at Flinders University in 2023.

Mohpreet
Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner
With a degree in Psychology from the Uni of SA and over 3 years’ experience in behaviour support, Mohpreet brings practical experience across disability, aged care, and mental health sectors. With a calm, empathetic approach and strong communication skills, Mohpreet is committed to helping people achieve meaningful outcomes through early intervention, capacity building, and consistent, strengths-based support.

Neeti
Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner
Neeti has been providing behaviour support to NDIS participants over the past few years and has a Masters in Applied Psychology, Bachelor of Education and Rehabilitation Services, Diploma in Guidance and Counselling and completing the Grad Cert in Positive Behaviour Support at Flinders University. In addition to PBS in Australia, Neeti has more than 16 years as a Special Educator. She brings a deep understanding of disability, rehabilitation, and inclusive education to her practice. Neeti is passionate about helping individuals live empowered and meaningful lives by using person-centred, inclusive, and evidence-based practices.

Naveed
Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner
Naveed is specifically trained in PBS through Flinders University and has several years experience as psychosocial recovery coach and support coordinator. He is known for his warmth, empathy & trauma informed approach.

Alex has over 15 years in allied health administration, with 7 years in NDIS leadership roles. She’s passionate about streamlining systems to enhance participant experiences.

Linda
Office Administrator
Linda has been a valued member of the Proactive Behaviour Support team since its inception, serving as our Office Administrator for over five years. From the early days of the business, Linda played a key role in establishing strong, long-term relationships with support coordinators and guardians, helping to facilitate service agreements and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for participants.
Known for her warm and friendly manner, Linda brings genuine care, patience, and empathy to every interaction. Her kind tone and ability to build rapport over the phone make her a trusted point of contact for families, providers, and professionals alike.

Elle supports the team with data entry, resource development, and visual communication. With a passion for clean, accessible design, she helps bring clarity and consistency to the business.
